When I browse Newegg, the text on the pages is randomly increased. If I press CTRL+0 to reset it, then nothing happens. If I go to View, Zoom and make it Zoom Text Only, then do Zoom In a few times, then press CTRL+0 to reset it, it goes back to that increased size it started with. Let's say I am shopping for processors. So, I go to www.newegg.com. Mouseover the COMPUTER HARDWARE menu, and then select CPUs / Processors. The page loads with the bigger text. I click on Processors - Desktops. That page loads just fine. So, I keep going. I click on Intel, and the product page loads fine. I click on CPU Socket type 775. The page loads fine. Then I click on 3.0GHz and higher. Then I get a page with really big text again. Then I click on one of the processors, and it's product page loads just fine.
Of course, I can browse Newegg all day with IE7 without a problem. Although, Firefox is faster. Anyway, is this just happening to me? Or, is there something I can do to fix it?

I can't replicate your problem; perhaps try uninstalling FF and reinstalling it? You may also want to take a look at Google Chrome (much faster than FF):

I talked with people in the #firefox channel, and as it turns out, it's caused by either one of my extensions, or a combination thereof. So, I have a little bit of work to do. lol
My first step is to reformat as I have been planning to fix some really stupid problems that I'm kind of sick of, and then use my Firefox backup files, but exclude my extensions. I learned which files they are, so I'm all set. I just have to actually do it now. lol

What extensions are you using? I would think any screen grabbing or resizing/windowing plug ins would be more likely to cause that kind of trouble. Before you uninstall, check all your plug ins for updates.

I believe my only option is to add them one-by-one taking the time to try duplicating the problem on Newegg (as it is only happening with Newegg). And then when I find it, I will disable that add-on, and continue doing that. Everytime I duplicate it, I'll disable the add-ons. And then I will Enable those and disable the others. And then I hope to narrow it down even further until I zero in on the culprit. But my first step is to reformat since it's already planned anyway, then install Firefox, set it up with my usual Firefox backup files (which gets me back as though I never reformatted), but leave out those specific files. Then install every single extension that I see in the screenshots I took of the extensions window. Of course, then I'll try to duplicate the Newegg problem. If it persists, then I will initiate the process of elimination. If the problem persists after that, then I'll stop worrying about it as it's not really THAT big of a deal. lol But I admit that it is rather annoying when I go to shop at Newegg and this happens randomly.

Nah, I didn't want to. I e-mailed Newegg's Webmaster about it, though. But I imagine he/she will be like "huh?"
